Welcome to the Finding Joy Retreat for Teaching Staff — a celebration of YOU this World Teachers' Day 2026.

Created by Burnout to Joy, this inspiring retreat has been thoughtfully curated to help you reconnect with the joy that first called you to teaching—and to rediscover that same joy within yourself and your relationships.

Hosted by three experienced practitioners at the beautiful Folk Tree Lodge in Bragg Creek, Alberta, this immersive experience offers the opportunity to rest, recharge, reflect, and return home feeling renewed, empowered, and inspired.

Overnight Accommodation (Folk Tree Lodge)

Rooms all featurerustic charm and artistic craftsmanship with a Queen Bed. We do have x1 room with a King Bed and another with bunk beds (deal for non-couples sharing). They all have access to x2 shared bathrooms with either a shower or jetted tub and are on the main level. Workshops and healing events will be held in the Sunroom or Main Halland a Continental Breakfast and Snacks will be available in the fully equipped kitchen and dining areas. You have easy access to the forested patio and fire pit and will be encouraged to explore the peaceful surroundings.
