Refund / Cancellation Policy

Our refund policies vary depending on the type of product or service you are purchasing. The information below outlines the guarantee and policy for each You are expected to waive any rights to chargeback your purchase with your credit card processor. If you're on a payment plan, you agree to make all payments you have committed to. We don’t cancel payments, as this is not a membership.

We are 100% committed to giving you tools, strategies, and coaching that set you up for more profits and fun. Our goal is to deliver what we promise and so much more. However, online courses and trainings are not something to check out, test drive, or “hope” they will work. Your success depends on your full commitment to practice the strategies I’ll be sharing with you.

Refunds are available for any online course you have purchased within 14 days of your purchase. Therefore, after going through the course material, completing the required coursework, and ensuring you have asked for support from us during theinitial 14 days of the program, if you still feel our program hasn’t delivered on the promise, submit your completed coursework before the end of 14 days, and Sam will personally hop on the phone with you. In the rare event of a refund, there will be a 10% processing fee. You will also lose access to all of the online material.

DOWNLOADABLE DIGITAL PRODUCTS
There are no refunds on MP3 audio or eBook products.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of purchase and we’ll send you a replacement.

SUBSCRIPTION PLAN POLICY
The Sam Bell Inspired Community is sometimes bundled in for free with other products and sometimes sold as a subscription which means you make monthly or annual payments. If you are on a paid subscription, you may can cancel your subscription at any time but accessing your account, going to Settings and Billing and cancelling the subscription plan. Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a discount. Instead it means that no more payments will be processed and your access to the membership site will continue until the end of your current billing period.
